Tour Description

The tour can be either 4 or 8 hours and customised to fit in with your cruise departure and arrival times and include transfers from your hotel, airport and the port. 

The full day tour starts with a visit to the tree lined Av de Liberdade full of small gardens, imposing historical buildings, fountains and statues. Next you will visit the Neo Manueline railway station, the cobbled stone Praca Rossio and then a walking tour of Alfama the old city quarter with its winding narrow passageways. There's a break for lunch which can either be free time or we can organise a delicious 3 course lunch in a local restaurant.

In the afternoon your make your way along the banks of the river Tagus passing underneath the suspension bridge 25 Abril and stopping at the Torre de Belem. The tour continues to the Jeronimos Monastery (UNESCO world heritage site) and the coach museum where you will find one of the largest collection of historical coaches in Europe. (Closed on Mondays an alternative itinerary and venues will be organized.)
