Tour Description

Explore the historical city centre of Alfama with its labyrinth of walkways and narrow cobbled streets full of market traders selling everything from fruit and vegetables to fresh fish, before taking the funicular Elevador de Gloria. The funicular climbs the almost vertical street in a couple of minutes stopping at the beautiful square of Carmo.
